Richard Rogerson has been named the Charles and Marie Robertson Professor of Public and International Affairs. Mark Aguiar has been named the Walker Professor of Economics and International Finance. Mikhail Golosov has been named the Chemical Bank Chairman's Professor of Economics. All three chairs will be effective July 1st.
The Quandt Prize is awarded annually to outstanding undergraduate teachers of Economics. The University community is "stunned and saddened" upon hearing news reports that Princeton mathematician John Nash and his wife, Alicia, were killed in a traffic accident. Nash won the Nobel Prize in economics in 1994 for his work in game theory. Read More>>
