From experts in labor economics to theory to finance, learn more about each person and their areas of research.
Joining us from the University of Texas at Austin, Professor Ayșegül Şahin will be affiliated with both the Economics Department and Princeton’s School for Public and International Affairs (Princeton SPIA). Şahin is a macroeconomist who studies U.S. labor market trends and fluctuations.
Joining us from Yale University, Professors Mira Frick and Ryota Iijima—who are frequent research collaborators—work on theoretical models of how individuals acquire and process information and make decisions, in particular in complex environments. Frick and Iijima previously spent a sabbatical at Princeton in 2018-2019.
