BCF Finance Undergrad Mixer

The Bendheim Center for Finance hosted a well-attended event on Tuesday, September 10, for students interested in learning more about the finance community at Princeton.

Held in collaboration with three undergraduate finance clubs, Princeton Corporate Finance Club, Princeton Impact Capital, and Princeton Scholars of Finance, the event featured speakers from each who shared details about their groups and how they help students advance their financial knowledge, skills, and network.

At the beginning of the event, BCF Director Markus Brunnermeier and Director of Undergraduate Studies Yacine Aït-Sahalia discussed the Minor in Finance and BCF’s role as a Center at Princeton, including cutting-edge research, academic programs, and student support.

Professor Natalie Cox also spoke about the new personal finance course she is teaching this semester, ECO 102: Introduction to Personal Finance. This course is a great way for students to learn more about important finance topics and gauge their interest in continuing with finance education.

Roughly eighty students attended the BCF Finance Undergrad Mixer to network and learn more about the opportunities available within the Princeton finance community. We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future.
