Each spring, a leading economist is invited to deliver the prestigious Simpson Lecture on Princeton’s campus. The lecture is the flagship event of the Simpson Center for the Study of Macroeconomics. The Center was founded in 2015 with a generous gift from Louis A. Simpson and his wife Kimberly Querrey. Simpson earned his graduate degree at Princeton in 1960.
